To be a Solution Guru, you must be skilled at finding optimal solutions to questions posed by our clients, but you are not required to be experts in computers or any particular field.

You can live anywhere in the world and work out of your home. You will be paid well for your time but you will be held to an exacting standard.

Search engine and research skills are mandatory, so a broadband Internet connection should be standard equipment. You must also be articulate enough to present solutions in a professional and precise manner.

In order to be considered as a Solution Guru, you must pass our qualification challenge. Most applicants find the challenge enjoyable and thought provoking. Others, we never hear from again.

If you successfully complete the Qualification Challenge and are selected as a Solution Guru, then you will receive full training in our systems and procedures. Upon completion you will be an expert at research and information technology.

You will be graded on every job by a client liaison. Maintain high quality work and your compensation will increase over time. Bonuses and rewards are common for superior performance.
